+ HEAD OF LAW ENFORCEMENT MENTOR PROGRAM

12 - 24 MONTHS

Have a new HLE? Or want to train one from your rangers? We will shape them into a law enforcement asset with patrol planning, intelligence led targeting, reporting, planning and development among many other skills and systems you may require in your protected areas.

+ FOUNDATION PROGRAM

24 - 36 MONTHS (continuous)

Starting a protected area from scratch? We will help you establish everything from the ground up including your control room, SOP's, patrol rosters, camp layouts, law enforcement strategies and everything you need to establish control of your area. We also ensure everything is set to international standards so that your donors are happy.

+ PARK INSTRUCTOR MENTOR PROGRAM

24 - 36 MONTHS (non-continuous):

Want to avoid having expensive expats hanging around for too long? The PIM Program creates internal training teams and leadership development with the aim that eventually all your skills development and recruiting can be conducted internally. We will find your hidden gems and qualify them as instructors and mentors in all aspects of Law Enforcement.

+ FIELD RANGER MEDIC PROGRAM

24 - 36 MONTHS (non-continuous):

Once we train your staff in first aid, we will identify those suitable for the FRM course and train them as medics. To ensure they maintain currency and skills development, we will integrate the FRM's with local clinics and hospitals, as well as offer 24/7 mentoring via WhatsApp for any emergency assistance. Yearly refresher course also included (two 14-day refreshers per year), in addition to integrating them into the 24/7 FRM mentor program with live access to our mentors and professional assistance via multiple platforms with monthly learning objectives with feedback.
